All list prices are F.O.B. Dakota Electronics, Inc. facility, any charges such as city, state, federal taxes, freight, handling, and other similar charges are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
Returns:
All Product will be deemed accepted by the Purchaser unless, within thirty (30) days from Delivery. Purchasers shall notify Dakota Electronics, Inc. that such Products that are damaged or defective. Claims for shortages must be making to Dakota Electronics, Inc. in writing within 10 days from deliver. Returns will not be accepted with an RMA number from Dakota Electronics, Inc.
