The Burndy Patriot PAT81K2 Series is an 18V Lithium-Ion battery-actuated crimping tool featuring a redesigned latch head style and unique crimping guides for consistent and reliable connections and reducing user error. The PAT81K2 has a 360° head rotation and a dieless system with range-taking capability (#8 AWG to 1000 kcmil). The crimping tool is ergonomically balanced for ease of use.
The tool accepts 18V Makita Lithium-Ion batteries, BL Series of size 2.0Ahr and greater if the plastic battery clip in the tool has a “star” molded into it. The “star” identifies acceptance of the BL series batteries.
